The architectural elements of the 69 true loft homes being built above the former Seattle Plumbing Company warehouse will contrast yet complement the existing facade. The brick exterior is being preserved and reinforced while a visual distinction between the old and new portions of the building will help to preserve and protect the historic significance of the neighborhood.

On the ground level of the community, three live/work loft spaces will share the sidewalk with a bistro, accommodating residents and neighborhood visitors and providing an even livelier streetscape than found today. The railroad tracks preserved from the original warehouse will serve as the walkway to the cafe, drawing diners inside and offering a playful link between the neighborhood's past and future.

Of the 69 lofts, many will offer private terraces or balconies as well as controlled access parking. All homeowners will enjoy a landscaped third floor community courtyard filled with light and fresh air from a large, open air light well above as well as a more intimate fourth floor garden terrace.

When complete in 2008, Stadium Lofts will showcase one of the most authentic urban lifestyle opportunities Seattle has ever seen. The stage is set. What are you waiting for? Come be a part of the show.
